This portal is intended solely for authorized business users of Hotel Web Strategies, LLC. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited.

2. Platform Nature

The platform is a software tool for reporting, automation, and workflow management. We are not a financial institution, payment processor, or merchant of record unless expressly stated in a written agreement.

3. Third-Party Data

Information may be obtained from external systems (OTAs, PMS, payment processors). We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or availability of third-party data.

4. Security Responsibility

Users must:

• Protect login credentials
• Restrict access to authorized staff
• Notify us immediately of suspected compromise

We are not responsible for damages caused by credential sharing or weak password practices.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• misuse occurs
• payment obligations lapse
• security risk is detected

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas.
